中医院校的学生同时学习了中医和西医两套理论体系,由于中西医思维方式之间存在着本质的差异,两种思维方式各有所长。仅仅应用西医的思维方式、方法去衡量中医是行不通的,同样用中医的思维方式去联系西医也是有先天缺陷的。针对上述问题,我们尝试对即将步入临床阶段的实习生,采用以疾病为中心的教学模式,将已学过的分散、独立的知识点有机地整合,将中西两种思维方式结合起来,利用各自的思维优势,综合运用于某些重要疾病的教学,获得了较好的效果。

The students in Traditional Chinese Medicine colleges learn the theory systems of both the traditional Chinese medi-cine and Western medicine. Due to the differences in nature of thinking mode between traditional Chinese medicine and West-ern medicine,two kinds of thinking methods have their own strengths. Therefore,it is not feasible to measure the traditional Chinese medicine with the thinking methods of Western medicine,and vice versa.
