Clinical Observation of Ziyingminmu Pill in the Treatment of Ganshenyingxuxing Patients with Pigmentary Degeneration of the Retina and Senile Macular Degeneration

运用滋阴明目丸治疗肝肾阴虚型原发性视网膜色素变性与老年黄斑变性患者59例,并与杞菊地黄丸组57例进行对照.结果:治疗组视力提高总有效率为78.84%(对照组34.32%),视野改善率为74.74%(对照组33.36%),两组比较(P ＜0.05)有显著性差异,说明治疗组明显优于对照组.另外,治疗组改善血液流变学的全血比粘度、低切、血浆比粘度、红细胞电泳、纤维蛋白原等各项指标,亦优于对照组.提示滋阴明目丸治疗本病有一定疗效.

To observe the effection of Ziyingmingmu Pill in the treatment of ganshengyingxuxing patients with pigmentary degeneration of the retina and senile macular degeneration.Methods:59 patients in the treatment group were treated with Ziyingminmu Pill,and 57 patients in the control group were treated with Qijiudihuan Pill.
