Influence of the Fufang Gouteng Tablet on Inflammatory Factors Induced Cardiac Remodeling in Spontaneously Hypertensive Rats

目的 探讨复方钩藤降压片对自发性高血压大鼠心脏重构的保护作用及机制.方法 将24只14周龄雄性SHR大鼠随机分为SHR空白组、复方钩藤降压片组、替米沙坦组,另纳入8只同周龄雄性WKY大鼠为正常对照组,干预持续12周.采用无创尾动脉法观察复方钩藤降压片对SHR的降压作用;放免分析法测定血浆白介素-1β(IL-1β)、白介素-10(IL-10)含量;Masson染色观察心脏组织的形态学变化;免疫组化法检测心肌细胞IL-1β、IL-10蛋白表达变化;Western blot法检测心肌细胞IL-1β、IL-10蛋白表达水平.结果 与SHR空白组比较,复方钩藤降压片可明显降低血压(P＜0.01);与SHR空白组比较,替米沙坦组及复方钩藤降压片组大鼠IL-1β...
