目的:探讨蜂胶软胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:分别以175、350、700 mg/kg BW剂量的总黄酮灌胃后检测各项免疫指标。结果:蜂胶黄酮能刺激小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增值、转化,也能促进小鼠迟发型变态反应,且作用随着剂量的增加而增强。结论:蜂胶软胶囊能提高小鼠的细胞免疫功能。

Objective:To explore the effect of total flavones in propolis on mice's cellular immunity function.Methods:Total flavones in propolis were consecutively orally given to mice with the doses of 175, 350 and700 mg/kg of body weight and then determine various cellular immunity indexes.Results:Total flavones inpropolis was capable of stimulating multiplication and transformation of mice's spleen lymphocytes, promoting delayed hypersensitivity,and these effects are increasing with dose.
