目的:构建中医院校肿瘤护理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力指标,细化临床实践能力考核指标.方法:从学院实习基地中随机抽取5家三甲中医医院的200名肿瘤专科临床护士进行调查.结果:最终形成肿瘤护理方向护理硕士专业学位研究生临床能力指标体系,包括4项一级指标和15项二级指标.结论:肿瘤护理方向临床能力指标构建紧密联系临床实际,对肿瘤护理方向专业学位研究生培养具有指导意义.

Objective： To construct the clinical nursing ability index of postgraduates in nursing specialty of Chinese medicine universities, and to refine the indexes of clinical practice ability. Methods： A total of 200 oncology clinical nurses from 53A Chinese medicine hospitals were randomly selected from the college training base for investigation.
