目的:探讨FⅦ基因多态性与冠心病血瘀证的关系。方法:用PCR法检测48例血瘀证和52例非血瘀证冠心病患者及54例健康人的FⅦ基因型,同时检测血浆FⅦ活性。结果:冠心病血瘀证FⅦ活性高于非血瘀证组和健康对照组(P〈0.05)。FⅦ基因基因分型在冠心病血瘀证、非血瘀证组和健康对照组的分布无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论:FVH基因与冠心病血瘀证的发病无明显相关性。

Objective: To determine the relationship between the polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ (FⅦ) gene with the blood stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease(CHD). Method 48 with blood stasis syndrome and 52 non - blood stasis syndrome patients in CHD and 54 healthy people were researched by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for their FⅦ genetypes and allele frequency.
