Influence of Liangge Powder （凉膈散） on Inflammatory Cytokines in Different Phases of Rabbit at Early Stage of Sepsis

目的:观察凉膈散对早期脓毒症兔不同阶段炎症因子的影响,探讨脓毒症治法方药与卫气营血辨证的关联。方法:64只新西兰大耳白兔随机分为空白0.5 h组、空白3 h组、模型0.5 h组、模型3 h组、凉膈散0.5 h组、凉膈散3 h组、地塞米松0.5 h组、地塞米松3 h组,采用耳缘静脉注射大肠杆菌内毒素的方法建立脓毒症模型,分别在造模0.5 h、3 h后予药物干预,观察造模6 h后兔一般情况及体温,检测促炎因子IL-1β、TNF-α及抗炎因子IL-10水平。结果:地塞米松0.5 h组、3 h组及凉膈散3 h组全身情况好转。各3 h组与其对应的0.5 h组比较,凉膈散3 h组体温、L-1β、TNF-α、IL-10下降,地塞米松3 h组体温升高,其余差异不明...
