中医诊断普遍采用中西医病名对照诊断模式,规范的中西医病名对照可使中医诊疗更加标准化和规范化。在实际应用中存在中医病名偏少、中医疾病诊断标准不一、生搬硬套导致诊疗僵化等问题。建议临床上中西医病名对照诊断应灵活运用。

The diagnosis model of disease names of Chinese medicine and Western medicine is widely used simultaneously in TCM practice. Undoubtedly, the standard application of disease names of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, shows a style of normalization of TCM diagnosis and treatment.
