目的 探讨胸腰段脊柱爆裂性骨折经伤椎椎弓根植骨、并行椎弓根螺钉固定的治疗效果.方法 2008年1月~2011年12月对87例胸腰段爆裂性骨折的患者采用经伤椎椎弓根植骨并椎弓根螺钉固定治疗,手术前后随访观测VAS评分、后凸角度、并发症及神经功能恢复情况.结果术后随访12~48个月,平均(25.3±12.5)个月,无内固定失败的病例及严重并发症发生.大部分患者的神经功能较术前均有1～2级的改善.术后与末次随访时的VAS评分分别为(5.3±0.7)分与(2.8±0.5)分,显著低于术前(P ＜ 0.05);术后与末次随访时的后凸角度分别为(-3.1±6.2)°与(0.7±0.4)°,显著低于术前(P ＜ 0.05).结论经伤椎椎弓根植骨并椎弓根螺钉固...

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transpedicular intracorporeal g-ratting combined with pedicle screw fixation for treatment of thoracolumbar burst fractures.
