目的:观察小柴胡汤对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良（functional dyspepsia,FD）模型大鼠脑、脊髓、胃肠组织中胃促生长素（Ghrelin）及胃排空的影响,探讨小柴胡汤治疗FD的可能机制.方法:60只清洁级SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、小柴胡汤组、逍遥散组和多潘立酮组5组,每组12只,分组治疗14 d后行胃排空实验并计算胃残留率,Western blot法检测下丘脑、脊髓、胃窦、结肠组织Ghrelin蛋白的表达.结果:小柴胡汤组、多潘立酮组胃残留率明显低于模型组（P
