Observations on Saliva Content of Cortisol in Different Syndromes of TCM

目的:考察唾液皮质醇与中医辨证分型的关系.方法:将91例患者按辨证标准分为4组,虚寒证19例、虚热证20例、实热证27例、虚实夹杂证25例,并设正常对照组26例,运用放射免疫法观测唾液皮质醇含量.结果:唾液皮质醇含量数值依次为虚寒＜正常＜虚实夹杂＜虚热＜实热,虚寒、正常组显著低于其余各组(P＜0.01),实热组显著高于虚热、虚实夹杂组(P＜0.05).结论:不同证型者唾液皮质醇含量各有其特点,唾液皮质醇可考虑作为微观辨证指标之一.

Objective:To observe the relationship between cortisol content in salivawith and syndrome differentiations.Method:91 patients were divided into four groups,19 cases of Deficient Cold(DC)group,20 cases of Deficient Heat(DH) group, 27 cases of Excess Heat(EH)group,25 cases of Intermingled Deficient and Excess (DH)group.The cortisol content in saliva were detected with radioimmunoassay.Result:The relations of the cortisol content among different syndrome differentiations were as below:DC group
