为了观察疏肝理脾片治疗慢性肝炎肝纤维化的疗疗，笔者通过Ｂ超观察治疗前后肝肝形态、肝脏回声情况、肝内管系走向情况、门静脉管径、脾静脉管径及脾脏厚度的变化，并与大黄Ｚｈｅ虫片相对照。结果：疏肝理脾片前一肝内管系走向情况积分值明显改善，门静脉管径和脾脏厚度明显缩小。其中肝内管系走向情况与门静脉管径变化差值比较。疏肝理脾成于大黄Ｚｈｅ虫片。说明疏肝理脾片有较好的直纤维化作用。

Shugan Lipi tablet is experiential prescription oftreating chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis. It consists ofRADIX BUPLEURI. FRUCTUS AURANTII IMMATURUS and CARAPAX TRIONYCIS, et al. Aclinical observation on it, which had an effect on resisting fibrosis of chronic hepatitis B.
