目的 考察茄根煎液不同给药途径对Ⅱ度冻疮SD大鼠模型血液流变学的影响.方法 将50只SD大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、灌胃组、外涂组、冻疮膏组5组,利用液氮建立Ⅱ度冻疮模型,连续给药10 d后观察皮损计分、肿胀率、血液流变学的变化.结果 茄根煎液外涂组、灌胃组、冻疮膏组皮损计分、肿胀率、全血黏度、红细胞比容、血浆黏度、凝血因子Ⅰ较模型组均有明显降低(P＜0.01);与灌胃组比较,外涂组皮损计分在第8、10天明显降低(P＜0.01),肿胀率在第2、4、6、8、10天明显降低(P＜0.01);与冻疮膏组和灌胃组比较,外涂组全血黏度值、细胞比容值、血浆黏度值均明显降低(P＜0.01).结论 冻疮模型大鼠局部有血液...

Obejective To investigate the hemorrheology of eggplant root decoction in different routes of administration on degree Ⅱ frostbite model rats. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups, con-trol group, model group, gavage group, exterior coating group, frostbite cream group.
