Analysis on the Effect of Allium Macrostemon in the Prevention and Treatment of Chest Pain Syndrome

本文结合古人经验和现代文献综合分析胸阳痹阻是胸痹的主要原因,阳微阴弦为胸痹病机之关键,又通过古籍考证了薤白防治胸痹的功效,探讨了薤白防治胸痹的临床疗效,及防治心血管病现代药理作用,指出薤白在防治胸痹方面具有理论依据,同时具有临床和药理依据,提示薤白防治胸痹药用价值较高,未来具有广阔的开发前景。

The paper comprehensively analyed chest yang obstruction is the the major cause of chest pain, and weak yang and strong yin is the key pathogenesis of chest pain combined with the experience of ancient and modern literature. Through the ancient books textual research on the effectiveness of allium macrostemon in the prevention and treatment of chest pain syndrome, the clinical effect of allium macrostemon in the prevention and treatment of chest pain syndrome, modern pharmacological effects and the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease were discussed.
