AIM:To approach the clinical efficacy of dacryocystorhinostomy combined with intubation of lacrimal ducts for chronic dacryocystitis combined with obstruction of lacrimal ducts. METHODS: Totally 54 patients 54 eyes with chronic dacryocystitis and obstruction of lacrimal ducts underwent epidural anesthesia catheter intubation (intubation area: inferior lacrimal point, inferior lacrimal ducts, anastomotic stoma and middle nasal meatus).
