口腔白斑是指发生于口腔黏膜上以白色为主的损害，不能以临床和组织病理学的方法诊断为其他任何疾病者，WHO已经将其列为癌前病变。口腔白斑病因复杂，发病机制尚不明确，目前无特效治疗措施。近10余年来，在口腔白斑临床治疗及防治癌变的研究中发现，中医有着独特的优势。本文就非均质颗粒状白斑中医防治作一综述。
