目的:探讨麻杏石甘汤组方药物不同比例配伍对该方抗流感病毒的影响。方法:以4因素2水平的正交试验形成16个配伍组合,另设正常对照(A)组、模型对照(B)组、奥司他韦(C)组和麻杏石甘汤不同比例配伍组及全方组。给予相应处理后,进行指标检测。结果:与A组比较,B组小鼠体质量显著下降,肺指数显著增加(P

Objective: To investigate the effects of anti-influenza virus by using Maxing Shigan Decoction (MXSGD) with different proportions of composition. Methods: Sixteen combinations were developed by orthogonal test in 2 levels of 4 factors. And control (A) group, model (B) group, Oseltamivir (C)group and Maxing Shigan Decoction group were set. The indexes were detected after giving corresponding treatment. Results: Compared with A group, the body weight of the mice infected with influenza virus decreased significantly, and the lung index increased significantly (P
