目诊是通过观察眼睛各部位的神、色、形、态变化来诊断疾病的一种方法,是中医学的重要组成部分,中医目诊的理论依据是目为五脏六腑的缩影,目与脏腑经络密切相关;眼分五轮八廓,分属于脏腑;及现代生物全息理论的进一步支撑。中医目诊研究的主要方法包括传统中医的望、问、切诊和在此基础上发展的分区望诊法、虹膜诊断法、及眼底图像分析法等借助现代诊断设备的方法。

Eye diagnosis of is a method to diagnose disease by observing the changes of sprits, expressions, shapes and states of eyes. It is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine.
