目的了解老年肿瘤患者对肿瘤疾病的认知、应对态度和就诊问题,为老年人健康管理提供依据。方法采用整群抽样方法对长沙市某医院240例老年肿瘤患者进行问卷调查。问卷内容包括调查对象基本情况、调查对象对肿瘤疾病的认知及应对态度、医疗就诊情况。结果老年肿瘤患者对预防肿瘤疾病基本知识的认知率为10.4%~71.3%;疾病确诊后75.0%患者选择积极治疗;肿瘤疾病给老年患者带来的主要困扰为经济负担(选择率64.6%)、心理负担(选择率39.6%);挂号难(100%)、手续多且复杂(60.4%)是老年患者就诊时两大主要困难;治疗效果不理想(45.8%)及经济负担(45.8%)则是治疗期间面临的主要问题。结论老年患者对疾病知识的...

Objective To understand elderly cancer patients＇ disease knowledge, coping and medical seeking problems, and to provide references for elderly health mangement.
