Effect of Wenyang Jiedu Huayu prescription on intestinal bacteria in patients with HBV related liver failure

目的：观察温阳解毒化瘀方对HBV相关肝衰竭患者肠道菌群、血浆内毒素的影响。方法：将60例中医辨证为“脾虚瘀黄”的HBV相关慢加亚急性肝衰竭患者随机分为两组，治疗组（西医治疗＋温阳解毒化瘀方）30例，对照组（西医治疗）30例，疗程共4周。测定两组患者治疗前后肠道菌群的计数、血浆内毒素水平。结果：治疗组的有效率（92.8％）优于对照组（71.4％）；治疗组患者治疗后较治疗前双歧杆菌的菌落数增加（P＜0.01），肠杆菌数量下降（P＜0.05），血浆内毒素下降（P＜0.05）；治疗组患者治疗后比对照组患者双歧杆菌数量明显增加（P＜0.05），血浆内毒素明显下降（P＜0.05）。结论：温阳解毒化瘀方...

Objective： To observe the effect of Wenyang Jiedu Huayu prescription on intestinal bacteria and endotoxemia in patients with HBV related liver failure. Methods： Sixty patients with HBV related liver failure were randomly divided into two groups.
