Effect of Huanshaodan on the contents of IL-2 and mtDNA in the aging model mice induced by D-galactose

目的:探讨还少丹对衰老模型小鼠白介素-2（IL-2）及线粒体DNA（mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA）含量的影响。方法:将40只小鼠随机分成空白对照组、衰老模型组、低剂量药物组和高剂量药物组,每组10只。采用皮下注射D-半乳糖溶液（100 mg/kg）制备亚急性衰老模型,同时用还少丹水煎液灌胃6周。双抗夹心ELISA法测定血清IL-2的含量;分光光度法测定肝、脑组织中mtDNA含量。结果:与空白对照组比较,模型组小鼠血清IL-2含量明显减少,肝和脑组织mtDNA含量明显增高（均P

Objective： To explore the effect of Huanshaodan on the content ofinterleukin-2 （IL-2） and mitochondrial DNA （mtDNA） in aging model mice. Methods： Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups ： a blank control group, a aging model group, a low dose Huanshaodan group and a high dose Huanshaodan group（all n=10）.
