Objective: To explore the effect of Huanshaodan on the content ofinterleukin-2 (IL-2) and mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) in aging model mice. Methods: Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups : a blank control group, a aging model group, a low dose Huanshaodan group and a high dose Huanshaodan group(all n=10).
