积极探索有效的创新教育模式成为我国高等教育教学改革的主流趋势,"助研计划"是一项以科研创新为核心,师生科研团队建立为框架,高校科研平台为支撑的一项创新性培养人才模式。实践证明,通过在高等医药院校建立这种集培养本科生科研创新能力与增强科研团队实力于一体的教学研模式,有助于推动高校创新教育的改革发展,有助于为社会培养具有创新思维的医学复合型人才,具有一定的应用和推广价值。
