青年教师是人才培养的中坚力量,是学生的引路人。中医专业基础课是中医学教育的根本基础,基础课类教师在中医学教育和人才培养中具有举足重轻的作用。近十余年来随着我校学生人数的激增和师资队伍的不断扩大,青年教师逐渐成为了教学骨干。青年教师的培养成为教师培养重要的议题,而青年教师培养的质量直接关系着中医学教育事业的发展,影响着中医专业人才培养的质量。本文围绕近年来湖南中医药大学中医专业基础课类青年教师培养的实践和经验,就如何提升青年教师教学能力进行总结和探讨。
