目的:研究三七总皂苷(PNS)对大鼠主动脉球囊损伤后血管内膜增生及增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)表达的影响,阐明其作用机制.方法:以2.0 F球囊导管建立大鼠主动脉内膜剥脱模型,随机分为假手术组、模型组、三七总皂苷(100 mg·kg~(-1)组、阳性药阿托伐他汀(10 mg·kg~(-1))组.造模后第2天开始给药,连续给药14 d后取胸主动脉损伤段,以组织形态学和免疫组织化学方法测定血管形态计量指标及PCNA表达.结果:模型组的内膜面积、内膜厚度、内膜面积增生比率、内膜厚度增生比率、内膜/中膜面积比、内膜/中膜厚度比均显著大于假手术组(P＜0.01).PNS组和阿托伐他汀组上述各指标均低于模型组(P＜0.05).模型组增生内膜...
