Objective To investigate the anti-bacterial effects of Jingkun solution (JKS) in vitro. Methods The tube dilution methods were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentations (MBC) and the bacteriostatic annulus of JKS on these bacteria like staphylococcus aureus, haemolytic Escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, β-hemolytic streptococcus and candida albicans. Results MICs of JKS on these five kinds of bacteria were 31.25, 62.5, 125, 125, 250 mg/mL, while the MBCs of it were 62.5, 125, 250, 6...
