目的:筛选抑制流感病毒神经氨酸酶的中药材,为临床流感治疗提供参考。方法:以2-(4-methylumbellifery1) -α-D-N-aeetylneuraminie acid(MUNANA)为底物,分别用奥司他韦、各种中药材进行干预,体外观察药物对流感病毒神经氨酸酶的活性影响。结果:在96种中药材中,有25种中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性有促进作用,有71种中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性有抑制作用,其中抑制率在50%以上中药材有19种,特别是五倍子、苏叶、柴胡、白蔹、石榴皮、槟榔、丁香7种中药材的抑制率在80.0%以上。结论:部分中药材对流感病毒神经氨酸酶活性抑制效应明显,它们可能在流感治疗中发挥重要作用。

Objective： To screen Chinese herbal medicine in inhibiting influenza virus neuraminidase and to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of influenza. Methods： Taking 2-（4-methylumbelliferyl）-α-D-N-aeetylneuraminie acid （MUNANA） as the substrate, then it was intervened with oseltamivir and Chinese herbal medicine, to observe the effect of medicine on the active of influenza virus neuraminidase.
