摘要:
In order to obtain more accurate segmentation of the brain tissue, pretreatment including pre-segmentation and extraction process is needed in the process of analysis and study of the human brain images. This paper proposes an automatic extraction method of nuclear and skull of human brain MR images based on Markov Random Field image model. The result shows that when considering the spatial information of Markov random model, the proposed algorithm not only remove image noise effectively but also extract the nuclear and skull of human brain MR images automatically and effectively.

Synchronization is one of the basic characteristics of EEG, which is of great significance to the study of EEG. But the synchronous evaluation methods of EEG are calculated according to local EEG, it reflects the local state of brain without considering the overall activity of the brain, so this is important for a new synchronous evaluation index of the overall state of the brain. Based on the information theory, this article gives a process of synchronization index from the calculation of ECoG. Using the process, the experimental gets the index IRAA and IMA2 as evaluation index of EEG global synchronization. In order to assess the decision performance of index to the EEG synchronization, carrying out the 3 groups experiment based on the EEG collected in several cognitive tasks. The experimental results show that: (1) the signal processing process proposed is effective to EEG, which are able to more clearly distinguish the EEG synchronization; (2) the IMA2 and IRAA is effective for EEG synchronization judgment; (3) Compared to the values of PLV, IMA2 and IRAA can be more clearly differentiate the synchronization state of EEG, reflecting the global brain activity.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the primary Chinese herbs and their combination regularity in treating human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/ acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients with different syndromes. Methods: Data of first visit of 1,788 HIV/AIDS patients from August 2004 to December 2010 in 11 pilot projects are extracted. The medication law is analysed with frequency analysis and complex network method. Results are visually presented with complex network. Results: Atractylodes rhizome, Poria cocos, Angelica, Codonopsis pilosula, Ligusticum wallichii, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Liquorice and Astragalus are core herbals for deficiency of both qi and blood. Liquorice, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Liriope, Radix Scrophulariae, Radix Rehmanniae, prepared Radix Rehmanniae, Balloon flower, Fritillaria and Schisandra chinensis are core herbals for deficiency of both qi and yin, deficiency of lung and kidney. Poria cocos, Atractylodes rhizome, Codonopsis pilosula, Tangerine peel, Chinese yam, Semen Coicis, Amomum, white hyacinth bean and Balloon flower are core herbals for deficiency in the spleen and kidney and dampness blockage. Conclusion: The regularity of herbal formulae for HIV/AIDS patients with different syndromes may provide useful information for guiding clinical treatment and related research in the future.

Objective: Analysis and Data Mining the treatment laws of Coronary Heart Disease by famous old TCM doctor Wang Xing-kuan. Explore the methods of famous old TCM doctor's experience. Method: To collect 143 effective cases and 267 diagnoses, and establish Coronary Heart Disease clinic database, the study investigated the inherent laws of Treating Coronary Heart Disease by Prof. Wang. Result : In the 143 cases, chest tightness, shortness of breath, heart palpitations are common symptoms; liver-heart dysfunctions, heart meridian stasis, phlegm-blood stasis are common pathogenesis, liver, heart, blood stasis are common syndrome elements, and liver-heart conjunction treatment, removing phlegm and blood stasis, liver-discharging, and enhancing qi is the most common treatment method. Conclusion: The research analyzed the association mode between pathogenesis and treatment method. It reveals the academic thinking of Wang's liver-heart conjunction treatment, and it also provides a good clinical guidance.

This paper mainly analyzes the attack and defense index of the teams in the 26th Asian Man Basketball Championship(ABMC), and studies the main factors which influence the teams' achievement. The rank correlation analysis, cluster analysis and statistical analysis have been used in this paper. The results are as following: (1)The main factors that influence the rank of the teams in this competition are the indexes of scoring and losing. (2) In this championship, the scoring value of the regression equation has something to do with the teams' ranking place. The regression equation can well reflect the ranking situation in the 26th championship. (3) The clustering results are consistent with the lait rank in the competition. Conclusions: The efficiency of this study is high. Training plans can take the results of the rank correlation and cluster analysis for reference. The writers hope it can help teams to improve the scoring ability, reduce the mistakes and losing, meanwhile the team can improve its places.

50, the results revealed that the differences and trends of antibacterial activity of these bile acid derivatives were: HDCA > UDCA. Structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis showed that the α-OH at C-3 and C-6 position at equal pace on the steroid nucleus enhanced the hydrophilicity of HDCA, which led to a stronger antibacterial effect than UDCA. In this study, a useful tool was provided to accurately evaluate the antibacterial effects of bile acid derivatives. The thermolysis curve recorded by microcalorimetry could provide a lot of kinetic and thermodynamic information for the study of growth process of living microbial, which could be helpful in the screening of high efficacy antibacterial agents.

Summing up the 11 technical indicators of 2010 FIBA World men's Championship top 16 teams, we analyzed and tested the data by using the factor analysis, Q-type clustering, rank correlation analysis methods. The results showed that: there are 6 technical indicators inflecting the teams' scores: defensive rebounds, block free throw percentage assist, three-point shot percentage and offensive rebounds. By using the factor analysis and Q-type analysis, we evaluated the technique and tactics index of basketball games. And the result is high reliability, which can objectively reflect the team's technical and tactical skill. This paper reveals technique and tactics development trends of the 2010 World Men's Basketball Championship top 16 teams, at the same time, a proper and efficient method to make quantitative evaluation of basketball teams' technique and tactics quality was explored.

To performance evaluating problem of transfer algorithms in opportunistic networks, real GPS data is used as experimental dataset in this paper. The performance of a fault-tolerant transfer algorithm based on principal component analysis is evaluated. According to the characteristic of algorithm, different ratio of lost data (10%, 20%, 30% and 40%) is tested in the experiments. Experimental results show that received track curve recovered by the algorithm is continuous and there is not gap, which can reflect the basic original information. Based on the experimental results, it is proved that the algorithm has good fault-tolerant performance and practicability.

In order to resolve the problem of data packets losing abruptly in opportunistic networks, a fault-tolerant transfer algorithm based on interweaving code is proposed. The algorithm includes two parts: one is used by nodes sending data and another is used by receiving nodes to recover lost data. When the packets are sent, interweaving idea is used to disperse the packets. When the packets are received, interpolation method is used to recover the sequence of lost packets based on the strong autocorrelation of transferred packet. Then, interpolation method is used to recover lost data.

Objective To investigate the photoelectric facial blood flow volume Characteristic of heart blood stasis syndrome (HBSS) in premature coronary heart disease(PCHD) and the relations between it and TXB2, 6-K-PGF1 alpha. Methods 102 PCHD patients was divided to HBSS group(36 cases), phlegm syndrome(PS) groups (35 cases) and healthy control group(31 cases); facial photoplethysmography detected using GD-3 type device, TXB2, 6-K-PGF1 alpha detected by enzymelinked immunosorbent assayand (ELISA) method. Results The Hb, He, Hf, Hb/Tab, Hf/Hb were significantly lower (P < 0.01) in HBSS group compared with the control group; The Hb, He, Hf and Hf/Hb was significantly lower (P < 0.01) in PS group compared with the control group; The Hb, Hb/Tab decreased significantly (P < 0.01) in HBSS group compared with PS group; The content of Hb was lowest in HBSS group, and then the PS group and the control group; The content of TXB2 was higher in HBSS group than other 2 groups, The 6-KPGF1 alpha was lower than other 2 groups (P < 0.01). With the dominant wave of photoplethysmography increased, TXB2 values were gradually decreased, 6-K-PGF1 alpha values was gradually increased; There is a significant difference between low volatility group with high volatility group. There is a negative correlation with Hb and TXB2, a positive correlation with Hb and 6-K-PGF1 alpha. Conclusion Cardiac dysfunction and reduced of arterial compliance is one of the basic pathological changes of HBSS; there is a negative correlation with Hb and TXB2, a positive correlation with Hb and 6-KPGF1 alpha. The Hb accurate responses to vasomotor vascular status and changes of bioactive substances in vivo. The 3 can be regarded as a diagnosis indicator of HBSS in PCHD.

Retroviral transduction of cultured schistosomes was explored in our study. The vesicular stomatitis virus glycoprotein (VSVG)-pseudotyped pantropic retroviral vector pBABE-puro was modified to incorporate the human telomerase reverse transcriptase gene (hTERT) as a reporter gene under the control of retroviral long terminal repeat (LTR). Pseudotyped virions were employed to transduce Schistosoma japonicum (Sj) to investigate the utility of retrovirus mediated Sj transgenesis and to investigate the activity as human telomerase as a reporter transgene in schistosomes. The presence of transgene hTERT was detected by PCR. Furthermore, analysis of RNAs from transduced parasites, immunohistochemistry of thin sections and immunoblot analysis revealed expression of hTERT transgene in the transduced worms. These findings indicated that Sj could be effectively transduced by VSVG pseudotyped retrovirus carrying the hTERT gene.

摘要:
The paper expounds the thinking, methodologies and characteristics about the technology of support vector machine which is applied in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM ) Diagnosis. The research shows that it is feasible to search syndrome factors decision-making model by using support vector machine. Nevertheless, to improve the accuracy level of search, further studies on such closely relevant subjects as specification of TCM glossary and on further convergence between computer science and TCM are crucial.
