目的 探讨应用案例教学法联合计算机多媒体辅助教学(computer assisted instruction,CAI)课件进行临床医学专业本科生精神病症状学教学的效果.方法 将101名2010级和2011级临床医学专业五年制本科生随机分为观察组(52人)和对照组(49人),对照组采用传统教学方法 ,观察组采用以案例教学法联合CAI课件为主的多媒体教学方法 ,比较两组学生的理论与技能成绩、自主学习能力和对授课的兴趣度.结果 观察组学生成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P

Objective To explore the effect of case teaching method combined with computer assisted instruction （CAI） on clinical medical undergraduate psychiatric symptoms of teaching.
