In order to improve the teaching quality of medical biochemistry, Sandwich teaching method was contrasted with the traditional teaching approach in daily teaching through students' te-sts and questionnaire to discuss its effect. Results showed both that final grades and overall course grades in experiment group which received Sandwich teaching were better obviously than that in control group which received traditional teaching.
