目的探索基于MOOC的《温病学》教学改革实践的效果及其启示。方法在学习周期内,传统的课堂教学内容、课后习题都在《温病学》MOOC化课程中设为任务点让学生在线上完成。老师的辅导以线上指导为主,同时在课程开设初期及中期辅以两次面授课程,并且在课程结束时进行学生学习成绩、平台和问卷调查评价。结果学生成绩显示,及格率为95.4%,优秀率为79.7%,平台自带的评价系统平均支持率为82.2%以上。调查问卷显示各项指标平均满意度为88.3%。结论通过基于MOOC的《温病学》教学改革实践,温病学教学取得良好教学效果,MOOC和温病教学融合的教学模式值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the teaching reform practice effect of octrine of epidemic febrile disease based on MOOC and its enlightenment. Methods In the study period, the traditional classroom teaching content, homework problems are set to point to let the students＇ online task in the MOOC.
