摘要：
从原理、单用五音疗法及联合其他中医疗法改善抑郁情绪的研究入手探讨中医五行音乐疗法对抑郁情绪的改善作用,指出大脑及体力超负荷工作易使人类产生不同程度的抑郁情绪,严重影响学习、工作和生活,甚至出现自杀行为。目前我国中医特色技术五行音乐疗法广泛应用于对抗抑郁情绪,并取得了良好效果。

摘要：
Objective: To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between acupuncture with point selection based on syndrome differentiation along the meridians and acupuncture at non-meridian and non-acupoint points for functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: A total of 74 FD patients were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups received acupuncture treatment. Zusanli (ST 36) and Neiguan (PC 6) were selected in the observation group, with Taichong (LR 3) and Neiting (ST 44) added for excess syndrome, and Gongsun (SP 4) and Yinlingquan (SP 9) added for deficiency syndrome. Four non-meridian and non-acupoint points were selected in the control group. The treatments in both groups were performed once a day with a 2-day break after 5 consecutive treatments, which constituted one treatment course. A total of 4 courses were performed. The scores of Nepean dyspepsia index (NDI) and Leeds dyspepsia questionnaire (LDQ) were recorded before and after treatment, and during follow-up (8, 12, 16, 20 and 24 weeks after recruitment) to assess the clinical efficacy. Results: The NDI scores in the two groups after treatment and at each time point during follow-up were higher than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and the LDQ scores were lower than those before treatment (all P<0.05). The NDI scores after treatment and at each time point during follow-up in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.01); the total LDQ score and scores of upper abdominal pain, postprandial satiety and upper abdominal burning sensation after treatment and at each time point during follow-up in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture with point selection based on syndrome differentiation along the meridians has a better curative effect than acupuncture at non meridian and non-acupoint points in the treatment of FD. © 2020, Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian.

对三伏灸临床应用现状进行归纳总结,以期对三伏灸的理论研究与临床运用起指导作用。三伏灸的干预时机以头、中、末伏第1天为主,同时需兼顾地域因素的影响;适应证以肺系疾病最为多见,兼顾脾胃以及虚寒型病症;选穴以胸背部俞募穴为主,结合辨病、辨证、分期选穴;疗程为1~3年,临床疗效随着治疗年限增加而不断提高。

摘要：
目的 观察隔姜灸对虚寒型功能性腹泻(functional diarrhea,FD)患者的临床疗效.方法 将60例虚寒型FD患者随机分为隔姜灸组与中药组,隔姜灸组给予隔姜灸,中药组给予参苓白术散汤剂加减,持续治疗2个疗程,观察并比较两组患者治疗结束总体疗效,以及患者治疗第7天、治疗第14天与治疗后第14天腹泻临床症状积分和大便性状积分.结果 治疗结束时隔姜灸组愈显率48％,中药组22.72％,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);隔姜灸组总有效率84.00％、中药组72.73％,两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).与治疗前比较,隔姜灸组、中药组治疗第7天、第14天及治疗后第14天的腹泻临床症状总积分、大便性状积分降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组间比较,各时间点腹泻临床症状总积分、大便性状总积分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 隔姜灸能够温补中阳,健脾和胃,治疗虚寒型FD疗效确切,具有"以温达补"效应.

The invention discloses a magnetic fixed suspended moxibustion device with an automatic ash conveying function, comprising a moxibustion box, an ash conveying device and a moxibustion strip conveying device, wherein the moxibustion box comprises a moxibustion box body and an ash discharging bin; the moxibustion box body is provided with a combustion-supporting hole to provide air required for burning a moxibustion strip, the ash discharging bin is provided with an ash discharging door to remove moxa ash in time after burning the moxibustion strip, and the ash conveying device is made of a transparent material. The device ensures that a fixed distance between a burning end of the moxibustion strip and an acupuncture point can be kept during a moxibustion process, so as to keep a temperature field stable. The burnt moxa ash can be removed in real time, thereby avoiding the influence of the moxa ash on the heat and light transmission of the moxibustion process.

本发明公开一种多功能自适应连续输液器的滑动式调控滴管，其包括输液控制器(4)和滴管(5)，其特征在于：输液控制器(4)包括传动轴(41)、电动机(42)、中心控制器(43)、输液控制机构手动开关(46)、滑动阀芯(47)、滑动阀芯竖直输液通道(471)、滑动阀芯水平输液通道(472)、液压缸(48)、液压缸支座(481)；传动轴(41)一端和电动机(42)相连，另一端与滑动阀芯(47)相连接，从而带动滑动阀芯(47)转动。本发明的多滑动式调控滴管可以根据患者的实际情况设定并自动调整输液速度，在输液过程中自动调整输液速度并始终处于最佳流速状态，避免了手动调节存在流速不精确的问题，从而可靠地避免了由于输液速度不当而可能造成的严重后果。

摘要：
The suspended magnetic moxibustion cupping therapy, as a specific moxibustion method which collects moxibustion, cupping, infrared and magnetic therapy into one, and integrates with the warming and heating effect of moxibustion, sucking effect of cups, and effect of infrared light energy and magnetic energy, is a particularly unique method for weight loss. This article introduces the basic situation and mechanism of suspended magnetic cupping therapy for weight loss. For pathogenesis of deficiency, phlegm, stagnation and cold in obesity, Shuang Long Xi Zhu (two dragons playing a ball) moxibustion, abdominal Jiu Gong (nine palaces) moxibustion, San Yang Kai Tai (auspicious beginning) moxibustion and Chang Long (long dragon) moxibustion were given respectively. This therapy has inspired the clinical idea of Chinese medicine for obesity. © 2018, Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian.

The invention discloses an automatic ash removing sparrow-pecking moxibustion device, which comprises a moxibustion box (1), a moxibustion strip height adjusting device (2), a sparrow-pecking device (3), an ash conveying device (4); the sparrow-pecking moxibustion device is characterized in that the box (1) comprises a moxibustion box main body (1.1) and an ash removing silo (1.2); the moxibustion box main body (1.1) is provided with a combustion-supporting hole (1.1.1) for providing oxygen for moxibustion strip combustion; the side face of the ash removing silo (1.2) is provided with an ash removing door (1.2.1) and used for timely removing moxibustion ash in the moxibustion applying process; the sparrow-pecking device (3) is used for driving the moxibustion strip to complete the sparrow-pecking motion; the ash conveying device (4) is used for conveying the moxibustion ash to an ash discharge silo. 克罗恩病(Crohn's Disease,CD)是一种病因未明的消化道慢性炎性肉芽肿性疾病,临床上常以腹痛、腹泻、腹部包块、黏液脓血便、肛门病变为主要症状,并伴有不同程度的发热、贫血及体质量下降的症状[1-3],皮肤、眼、口腔黏膜、肝脏等肠外损害,重症患者常迁延难愈,预后不良[4].据统计,本病以欧美国家多见,但近年我国克罗恩病发病率呈上升趋势[5],且发病年龄以20～ 29岁的青年人居多,29岁以上的发病率随着年龄的增长而下降[6].
