摘要:
A series of trifluoromethylated aurone derivatives were synthesized, and the structure of 6‐hydroxy‐4‐trifluoromethylated aurone was determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Their anticancer activities against leucocythemia (HL‐60) and colorectal adenocarcinoma (HT‐29) were evaluated by the standard MTT method in vitro with 5‐fluorouracil as a positive contrast drug. The results showed that all the (Z)‐trifluoromethylated aurone derivatives had potential anticancer activities.

摘要:
Investigation on the EtOAc extract of the bark of Zanthoxylum simulans led to the isolation of four new lignans including zanthoxylumin A (1), zanthoxylumin B (2), ( - )-magnolin (3), and ( - )-pinoresinol-di-3,3-dimethylallyl ether (4). Their structures were established by comprehensive analysis of the spectral data, especially 1D and 2D NMR spectra.

摘要:
In this study, we proposed a metabolomics strategy to distinguish different metabolic characters of healthy controls, breast benign (BE) patients, and breast malignant (BC) patients by using the GC-MS and random forest method (RF). In the current study, the serum samples from healthy controls, BE patients, and BC patients were characterized by using GC-MS. Then, random forest (RF) models were established to visually discriminate the differences among three groups' metabolites profiles, and further investigate the progress of breast cancer from benign to malignant in patients based on these GC-MS profiles. We successfully discovered the differences between the healthy and breast cancer patients. And the metabolic changes from benign to malignant cancer were obviously visualized. The results suggested that combining GC-MS profiling with random forest method is a useful approach to analyze metabolites and to screen the potential biomarkers for exploring the serum metabolic profiles of breast cancer.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevention and its mechanism of Naojian Tablet,the adjusted prescription from Buyang Huanwu Decoction,during focal ischemic brain injury condition,and study on the main bioactive substance for this function.METHODS To apply the modified middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)model in rats,immunohistochemistry,RT-PCR and Western blotting were applied to determine the expression of CDK5,CDK4/cyclinD1 in the hippocampus tissues in MCAO rat by treating with Naojian Tablet.On the other hand,the processes of metabolism and disposition of several active components in Naojian Tablet and Buyang Huanwu Decoction were analyzed and characterized by using HPLC-Q-TOF method.RESULTS Naojian Tablet(ig,2.41g·kg-1)could significantly decrease the levels of CDK5,CDK4/cyclinD1 in hippocampus tissues in MACO rat after treated by 3d,7d,14 d,28d(P<0.05).The similar mechanism was observed in the Buyang Huanwu Decoction treated MACO rat.Calycosin,fermononetin,senkyunolide and ligustilide in Naojian Tablet was determined simultaneously as the main active ingredient of Naojian Tablet.CONCLUSION The above-mentioned in vivo studies suggested that Naojian Tablet maybe play its prevention effect on nerve cells via its acting on CDK5 signaling and cell cycle pathway,which verified the multi-target and multi active pathways efficiency of tradition Chinese medicine in treating diverse disease.
