Background. The traditional Chinese medicine formula Jiu Wei Zhen Xin Granula (JWZXG) is prescribed to treat generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) in China. This study was to assess the efficacy and safety of JWZXG in patients with GAD. Method. Data were pooled from 14 randomized controlled trials involving the assessment of mean changes of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) total scores, response rates, adverse event rates, quality, publication bias, and risk of bias. Results. Pooled analysis showed no significant difference in response rate (risk ratio 1.01, 95% CI [0.93-1.08]; Z test = 0.17, P=0.86) and no significant difference between JWZXG group and azapirones group (RR 0.69, 95% CI [0.45, 1.06]; Z test = 1.69, P=0.09) in rate of adverse events. Though no difference exists between JWZXG group and azapirones group in HAMA total score from baseline, JWZXG group was inferior to selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) group (WMD -0.93, 95% CI [-1.64, -0.23]; Z test = 2.6, P=0.009) which had more adverse events than JWZXG group (RR 0.64, 95% CI [0.46, 0.89]; Z test = 2.63, P=0.009). Conclusions. This meta-analysis preliminarily suggests that JWZXG is as effective as azapirones, though having the same possibility of suffering AEs. JWZXG was inferior to SSRIs but causes fewer AEs in the treatment of GAD. © 2018 Sheng Wang et al.

摘要:
Background : An impairment of the integrity of the mucosal epithelial barrier can be observed in the course of various gastrointestinal diseases. The migration and proliferation of the intestinal epithelial (IEC-6) cells are essential repair modalities to the healing of mucosal ulcers and wounds. Atractylenolide I (AT-I), one of the major bioactive components in the rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz. (AMR), possesses multiple pharmacological activities. This study was designed to investigate the therapeutic effects and the underlying molecular mechanisms of AT-I on gastrointestinal mucosal injury. Methods: Scratch method with a gel-loading microtip was used to detect IEC-6 cell migration. The real-time cell analyzer (RTCA) system was adopted to evaluate IEC-6 cell proliferation. Intracellular polyamines content was determined using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Flow cytometry was used to measure cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+](c)). mRNA and protein expression of TRPC1 and PLC-gamma(1) were determined by real-time PCR and Western blotting assay respectively. Results: Treatment of IEC-6 cells with AT-I promoted cell migration and proliferation, increased polyamines content, raised cytosolic free Ca2+ concentration ([Ca2+] c), and enhanced TRPC1 and PLC-gamma(1) mRNA and protein expression. Depletion of cellular polyamines by DL-a-difluoromethylornithine (DFMO, an inhibitor of polyamine synthesis) suppressed cell migration and proliferation, decreased polyamines content, and reduced [Ca2+] c, which was paralleled by a decrease in TRPC1 and PLC-gamma(1) mRNA and protein expression in IEC-6 cells. AT-I reversed the effects of DFMO on polyamines content, [Ca-2+] c, TRPC1 and PLC-gamma(1) mRNA and protein expression, and restored IEC-6 cell migration and proliferation to near normal levels. Conclusion: Our data demonstrate that AT-I stimulates intestinal epithelial cell migration and proliferation via the polyamine-mediated Ca2+ signaling pathway. Therefore, AT-I may have the potential to be further developed as a promising therapeutic agent to treat diseases associated with gastrointestinal mucosal injury, such as inflammatory bowel disease and peptic ulcer. 摘要:
目的 观察糖尿病合并冠心病患者不同中医证型血清脂联素(adiponectin,APN)和超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensi-tive3 C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的水平,了解APN和hs-CRP在糖尿病合并冠心病不同证型患者中的变化规律.方法 收集符合糖尿病合并冠心病西医诊断标准和中医诊断标准的气阴两虚组、痰浊闭阻组患者各30例,正常对照组30例,检测患者和正常人群血清APN、hs-CRP水平和FPG、TC、TG、LDL、HDL、HbA1c水平,运用统计学方法分析组间差异及指标之间的相关性.结果 对照组APN和hs-CRP值分别为(10.73±1.44)μg/mL和(1.14±0.31)mg/L,气阴两虚组APN和hs-CRP值分别为(6.72±1.22)μg/mL和(3.91±2.75)mg/L,痰浊闭阻组APN和hs-CRP值分别为(7.41±1.26)μg/mL和(6.92±3.38)mg/L.气阴两虚组和痰浊闭阻组APN较对照组明显降低,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),气阴两虚组和痰浊闭阻组hs-CRP较对照组明显升高,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),气阴两虚组APN、hs-CRP水平低于痰浊闭阻组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 APN和hs-CRP与糖尿病合并冠心病气阴两虚证关系密切.APN和hs-CRP血清水平对糖尿病合并冠心病中医治疗有参考意义,应特别注意益气养阴.APN和hs-CRP对糖尿病合并冠心病辨证分型具有一定参考价值.

1研究背景及现状中医药膳符合现代社会养生保健和自然疗法的社会需求,但由于长期以来无有效的行业管理规范,从而制约了该行业的健康发展。《中医药发展"十三五"规划》中提出:"完善中医药标准体系,实施中医药标准化工程,重点开展中医基础通用标准、技术操作规范和疗效评价标准的制定、推广与应用,系统开展中医治未病标准、药膳制作标准等研究制定。"为中医药膳指明了发展方向。2010年初,中国药膳研究会制定并发布了《中国药膳制作及从业资质基本要求》,填补了国内空白,明确了部分药膳的制作原料、制作机构及从业人员资质等基本要求。2015年11月,由中国民族医药学会编著的《常用特色药膳技术指南(第一批)》发布,指南公布了17种贴近民众生活,适合常见病、多发病及大众人群药膳调理、食养的中医药膳品种。2016年底,中华中医药学会发布了由湖南中医药大学为主要起草单位编制的《药食同源药膳标准通则》,通则明确了相关定义,规范了药食同源药膳调理的使用原则、配伍原则、禁忌以及适用范围,也对现有部分标准进行整合、提升,推出了87种"药食同源"药膳原料的体质匹配建议,以指导药食同源药膳的临床应用。2《药食同源药膳标准通则》内容简介在通过开展历史本草考证和文献调研形成初稿后,邀请全国权威专家多次进行论证和企业调研,经反复修改最终形成《药食同源药膳标准通则》(以下简称通则),本《通则》的主要内容与特点如下:(1)《通则》首次明确了药食同源及药食同源药膳的定义,界定相关概念以便统一认识。《通则》将"药食同源"定义为"按照传统既是食品又是中药材的物质,是指具有传统食用习惯,且列入国家中药材标准(包括《中华人民共和国药典》及相关中药材标准)中的动物和植物可使用部分(包括食品原料、香辛料和调味品)。"将"药食同源药膳"定义为:在中医理论指导下,运用药食同源的基本思想,将药食同源中药与食物相配伍,经传统或现代技术加工而成的,具有调养、康复、保健作用的一类膳食。(2)《通则》规范了药食同源药膳调理应遵循的使用原则:总原则为平衡阴阳、扶正祛邪,具体表现在寒者热之、热者寒之、虚则补之、实则泻之,以及三因制宜等原则;配伍应遵循"君、臣、佐、使的原则;还应遵循传统中医药膳学的配伍禁忌;将适用范围限定于亚健康人群和疾病患者(尤其是疾病康复阶段患者或慢性病患者)。(3)结合卫计委2002年颁布的《既是食品又是药品的物品》名单,为该名单上的87种物品作了体质的匹配推荐,为指导临床应用提供可参考性依据。3《通则》制定的意义与适用范围标准制定顺应了国家中医药发展的战略,有利于保障中医药膳的科学使用与安全消费。标准通则为药食同源药膳的科学规范使用提供了技术指南,将推动中医药膳技术服务和产品的标准化、规范化,促使相关企业更加关注中医药膳服务水平及产品质量,使行业内形成规范有序的良性竞争,从而进一步促进中医药技术与文化的推广与传播。本标准可广泛适用于医院、药膳餐厅、康养机构与企业以及热爱养生保健群众科学规范的使用中医药膳。4《通则》的宣传推广及应用2016年底,《药食同原药膳标准通则》在北京召开新闻发布会,借助中国医药报、中国中医药报、健康报、人民网、健识局微信公众平台等媒介进行宣传推广。起草制定单位还通过整合湖南省科技、资源与产业优势成立了"湖南省药食同源功能性食品工程技术研究中心",并成立药食同源产业联盟,在各大高校、学会、企业进行对接和宣传推广,部分联盟企业、科研机构及相关企业也拟将《通则》作为行业行为的指导标准。利用参加学术交流活动的机会,编制专家多次以学术报告的形式介绍《通则》内容、制定意义及推广应用情况等。同时组织青年教师面向相关社会群体介绍《通则》,使更多人群了解标准通则并主动应用。

摘要:
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种慢性自身免疫功能障碍疾病,其病因及发病机制尚不明确。长期临床研究表明,中医药治疗类风湿关节炎具有独特优势,加大对中医药的研究必须借助动物模型,由此构建具有中医证候特征的动物模型是关键。病证结合动物模型结合现代医学“病”和中医“证”的优势,是目前应用最广泛的中医动物模型。笔者拟对近年来RA病证结合动物模型进行综述,并对其存在的问题进行思考,以期推动RA病证结合动物模型及其证候生物学机制的研究进展。

本发明提供了一种百合莲子酸奶及其制备方法,通过百合莲子提取液的制备、混入脱脂乳粉制成混合乳液和发酵制备酸奶三个步骤制得一种百合莲子酸奶。百合莲子提取液营养成分丰富,保留了百合和莲子中富含的对人体有益的生物碱成分,而且,由于碱性的生物碱成分利用羟丙基‑β‑环糊精包合,在后续的发酵步骤中既不会出现生物碱降解也不会影响酸性发酵过程,避免了生物碱成分对酸奶品质的不良影响。

摘要:
Oxidative stress is mainly caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS). The damage causes a net stress on normal organs, leading to a gradual loss of vital physiological function. ROS, such as free radicals, represent a class of molecules which are derived from the metabolism of oxygen and exist inherently. However, excessive produced ROS can damage all aerobic organisms. Ginseng is one of the most commonly used alternative herbal medicines, also as a traditional Chinese medicine. The aim of this study is to investigate the antioxidant potential function of ginsenoside Rg1 against cisplatin-caused hepatic damage. Male mice were treated with cisplatin to induce oxidative stress to mimic the side effect of anti-cancer drug cisplatin. Ginsenoside Rg1 effectively prevented against cisplatin-induced hepatotoxicity, alleviating histological lesions. Antioxidant functions of Rg1 were restrained by the activation of p62–Keap1–Nrf2 signaling pathway, simultaneously accompanied with expression of protein products. Accumulative p62 and increased activation of JNK in hepatocytes promoted the activation of Nrf2. For the other, degradation of Nrf2 was guided by tyrosine phosphorylation, ubiquitin, and Keap1. In summary, Rg1 prevents hepatotoxicity mainly by inhibiting the binding of Keap1 and Nrf2, partly by p62 accumulation, and more importantly by increasing the production of antioxidative proteins associated to Nrf2. Pharmacological activation of Nrf2 is an effective way in combating against liver injury. © 2016 Informa UK Limited, trading as Taylor & Francis Group.

摘要:
The present study investigated the chemical constituents of aerial part of Polygonum pubescens Blume. Twenty-two compounds 1–22 were obtained from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of aerial part of P. pubescens, including a new phenylpropanoide esters 1 and 21 known compounds. The structures were determined on the basis of spectroscopic and chemical methods. Sixteen compounds were assessed for their cytotoxic and anti-inflammatory activities. 近几年来,我国中医药事业的发展得到了党和政府的高度重视,以习近平总书记为首的党中央对中医药事业寄予厚望,将发展中医药事业上升为国家发展战略规划的一部分,让我们中医人深受鼓舞。但是,面对当今我国健康产业仅占GDP比重的4%~5%、人口老龄化加速、大病重病病死率居高不下、人们对健康消费意识增强等现状,如何发展大健康产业,中医药如何在我国大健康产业中创新发展模式,发挥更大优势,造福广大人民群众,无疑成了业内专家学者们不断探索的重大课题。兹编发湖南中医药大学博士研究生导师、本刊主编黄惠勇教授撰写的"谈大健康产业创新发展模式"一文,以飨读者。

摘要:
Some studies have proved that both acupuncture and moxibustion are very effective for the treatment of CAG. However, little is known about therapeutic mechanism of electro-acupuncture and moxibustion on CAG as well as the difference between them. On the other hand, metabolomics is a 'top-down' approach to understand metabolic changes of organisms caused by disease or interventions in holistic context, which consists with the holistic thinking of electro-acupuncture and moxibustion treatment. In this study, the difference of therapeutic mechanism between electro-acupuncture and moxibustion on CAG rats was investigated by a 1H NMR-based metabolomics analysis of multiple biological samples (serum, stomach, cerebral cortex and medulla) coupled with pathological examination and molecular biological assay. For all sample types, both electro-acupuncture and moxibustion intervention showed beneficial effects by restoring many CAG-induced metabolic changes involved in membrane metabolism, energy metabolism and function of neurotransmitters. Notably, the moxibustion played an important role in CAG treatment mainly by regulating energy metabolism in serum, while main acting site of electro-acupuncture treatment was nervous system in stomach and brain. These findings are helpful to facilitate the therapeutic mechanism elucidating of electro-acupuncture and moxibustion on CAG rats. Metabolomics is promising in mechanisms study for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). © 2017 The Author(s).

本实用新型公开了一种全自动莲子分级装置,所述全自动莲子分级装置包括机壳,所述机壳内设置有伸缩杆机构,所述伸缩杆机构的上端至少部分延伸至所述机壳的上方并连接筛选机构,所述伸缩杆机构上固定有固定环,所述机壳内部设置有驱动杆,所述驱动杆位于所述固定环下方,所述驱动杆的一端连接有铰接件,另一端连接有驱动板,所述驱动板表面设置有长条形的贯穿槽,所述铰接件铰接在所述壳体的内壁,所述机壳上还固定有电机,曲柄的一端与所述电机的转子相连接,另一端固定有滑杆,且所述滑杆至少部分贯穿所述贯穿槽。解决了目前莲子只能靠人工进行筛选尺寸,不仅效率低,而且尺寸分级效果较差的问题。

加味生脉补心丹对防治2型糖尿病大鼠心肌损害的影响

摘要:
目的 观察加味生脉补心丹对2型糖尿病大鼠模型血糖及心肌组织结构的影响,初步探讨加味生脉补心丹对耱尿病心肌纤维化和肥大的防治作用.方法 40只SD大鼠随机分为空白组7只,实验组33只,通过高糖高脂饲料+小剂量STZ构建2型糖尿病大鼠模型.将成模后的实验组大鼠随机分为模型组、补心丹(BXD)组和罗格列酮(RSG)组各11只,BXD组以浓缩后加味生脉补心丹汤剂灌胃;RSG组按照罗格列酮钠溶液灌胃.给药8周后测各组大鼠空腹血糖,并处死取材,光镜观察心肌组织变化,Masson染色观察纤维沉积情况,免疫组化法观察Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原蛋白和沉默信息调节因子3(Sirt3)蛋白的表达.结果 成模时各实验组空腹血糖(FPG)均较空白组升高(P<0.05),造模成功.治疗完成时,RSG组、BXD组FPG均较模型组下降(P<0.05),RSG组FPG较BXD组更低(P<0.05).模型组心肌组织破坏严重,胶原纤维含量增多,RSG组和BXD组心肌组织破坏程度较轻,胶原纤维含量较少.模型组Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原和Sirt3的表达明显高于其他组(P<0.05).BXD组Ⅲ型胶原的表达明显高于空白组(P<0.05).RSG组Sirt3的表达显著高于BXD组(P<0.05).结论 加味生脉补心丹能够明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖,并能够明显减轻心肌纤维化、肥大的程度,延缓糖尿病所致心肌病的进程.

摘要:
In this study, a new approach using H-1 NMR spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method was developed for qualitative and quantitative analyses of extracts of Compound Danshen Dripping Pills (CDDP). For the qualitative analysis, some metabolites presented in Compound Danshen extract (CDE, extraction intermediate of CDDP) were detected, including phenolic adds, saponins, saccharides, organic adds and amino acids, by the proposed H-1 NMR method, and metabolites profiles were further analyzed by selected chemometrics algorithms to define the threshold values for product quality evaluation. Moreover, three main phenolic adds (danshensu, salvianolic acid B, and procatechuic aldehyde) in CDE were determined simultaneously, and method validation in terms of linearity, precision, repeatability, accuracy, and stability of the dissolved target compounds in solution was performed. The average recoveries varied between 8420% and 110.75% while the RSDs were below 6.34% for the three phenolic adds. This 1H NMR method offers an integral view of the extract composition, allows the qualitative and quantitative analysis of CDDP, and has the potential to be a supplementary tool to UPLC/HPLC for quality assessment of Chinese herbal medicines. 摘要:
Angelica dahurica (Fisch. Ex Hoffm) is an important traditional Chinese herb which is widely used in curing acne, ulcers, carbuncles, rheumatism, headaches and toothaches. A systematic antifungal bioassay-guided fractionation of the ethyl acetate extract from A. dahurica led to the isolation of six coumarins, namely, suberosin, bergapten, alloimperatorin, xanthotoxol, 5-methoxy-8-hydroxypsoralen and pabulenol. These coumarins were subsequently subjected to evaluation for antifungal, antibacterial, antimalarial, antileishmanial and mosquito larvicidal activities. Bergapten and xanthotoxol showed good antifungal activity against Phomopsis viticola, with 99.8% and 73.0% fungal growth inhibition at the concentration of 30 μM. Among all the compounds tested against Phomopsis obscurans, bergapten and suberosin showed the highest antifungal activity with 61.0% and 88.3% inhibition at a 30 μM concentration, respectively. 5-Methoxy-8-hydroxypsoralen displayed toxicity against Streptococcus iniae with an IC50 of 11.6 mg/L and MIC values of 2.32 mg/L. Suberosin and alloimperatorin displayed moderate activity against Leishmania donovani promastigotes with IC50 of 4.43 μg/mL and 20.43 μg/mL. Herein, the antifungal activities of suberosin against P. obscurans and xanthotoxol against P. viticola, the antileishmanial activities of suberosin and alloimperatorin, and the antibacterial activity 5-methoxy-8-hydroxy-psoralen against the fresh water fish pathogen S. iniae were reported for the first time. © 2015 ACG Publications.
