The utility model belongs to rehabilitation training equipment. The utility model relates to a training device, in particular to a pelvis movement training device. The hip binding device comprises a hip binding body and elastic swing rods arranged on the two sides of the hip binding body. The hip binding body comprises a fixed binding body and a movable binding body; one end of the fixed binding body is connected with one end of the movable binding body through a rotary hinge; a fixed locking assembly is arranged at the other end; the fixed binding body and the movable binding body are each provided with an arc-shaped notch used for clamping the hip of the human body. By arranging the hip binding belt, the elastic swing rod and the weighting block, the pelvis training device can effectively and specially carry out movement and training on the pelvis, and by arranging the rotary hinge, the pelvis training device can be folded and is convenient to carry, so that training is not limited by hospitals or sports center sites; by arranging the elastic swing rod and the weighting block, coordination of contraction and relaxation of active muscles around the pelvis and antagonists can be provided, and visual feedback of a patient can be facilitated.

摘要:
As the living level constantly improves, people require higher on health and then a sport storm rises. Under such a background pattern, sports food comes into sight. Sugar, fat and protein are the main energy source in sports food, which provide people nutrition needed during sports. Energy gel refers to the carbohydrates colloid made by choosing the Carbohydrates (sugar) as the main source of energy, at the same time adding all kinds of electrolytes and functional material. Using starch as the raw materials and all kinds of productions of amylase as the main source of energy, starch energy gel is a new sports nutritious food. At the same time, starch energy gel enjoys a large market and has a great development space due to the increasing demand of sport nutritious food. Based on the understanding of starch energy gel, this study explored the development and performance of starch energy gel and analyzed its rapid energy supply ability during sports. The quality of starch energy gel was improved by adding a little sodium citrate and electrolyte, on the premise of not affecting energy supply speed.
