Abstract Background Pyroptosis has been implicated in the development of human diseases, including vitiligo. TanshinoneIIA has been confirmed to play anti‐vitiligo role. However, whether tanshinoneIIA inhibits vitiligo progression via regulating cell pyroptosis remains unclear. Methods Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)‐induced melanocytes were used to mimic vitiligo cell model in vitro. Cell viability was assessed by cell counting kit 8 assay, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was detected by DCFH‐DA staining. Nod‐like receptor protein 3 (NLRP3) expression was detected by quantitative real‐time PCR, western blot and immunofluorescence staining. Cell pyroptosis was measured using flow cytometry, and the contents of interleukin‐1β and interleukin‐18 were determined by ELISA. Besides, the protein levels of apoptosis‐associated speck‐like protein containing CARD (ASC) and cleaved‐Caspase‐1 were examined by western blot analysis. Results H2O2 could induce ROS production, NLRP3 expression and pyroptosis in melanocytes. TanshinoneIIA inhibited ROS production, pyroptosis, and the expression of NLRP3, ASC and cleaved‐caspase‐1 in H2O2‐induced melanocytes. Compared with the function of ROS inhibitor (NAC), tanshinoneIIA acted as a ROS scavenger to relieve melanocyte pyroptosis. In addition, NLRP3 inhibitor (MCC950) also could aggravate the inhibition effect of tanshinoneIIA on melanocyte pyroptosis. Conclusion TanshinoneIIA suppressed melanocyte pyroptosis probably through modulating the ROS/NLRP3 signaling axis, which provides the evidence for therapeutic effect in vitiligo.

ETHNOPHARMACOLOGICAL RELEVANCE: Taohong Siwu Decoction (THSWD) is a conventional traditional Chinese prescription aiming at promoting blood circulation and alleviating blood stasis. It is widely prescribed in instances of ischemic strokes, cardiovascular diseases, osteoporosis and bone fracture. However, its molecular functions in bone formation remain uncharacterized. AIM OF STUDY: This study aims to explore the potential effects of THSWD treatment on human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) proliferation, osteogenic differentiation, and migration. MATERIALS AND METHODS: BMSCs undergo osteogenic, adipogenic, and chondrogenic differentiation to determine cell stemness. BMSCs were treated with low dose (200μg/ml), medium dose (400μg/ml) and high dose (600μg/ml) THSWD. The cell viability was determined by CCK-8 assays, the osteogenic differentiation ability was determined by alizarin red staining and ALP staining, and cell migration was determined by wound healing and transwell assays. The effect of THSWD on the vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)/focal adhesion kinase (FAK) pathway was determined by immunoblotting. RESULTS: THSWD time-dependently and dose-dependently promoted BMSC viability. Moreover, THSWD also promoted BMSC osteogenic differentiation and migration. As opposed to THSWD, VEGF receptor inhibitor Bevacizumab suppressed BMSC osteogenic differentiation and migration. In BMSCs that have been co-treated with THSWD and Bevacizumab, THSWD effects on BMSC functions were partially eliminated by Bevacizumab. Moreover, THSWD treatment boosted VEGF content in the supernatant and was conducive to the phosphorylation of FAK and Src, whereas Bevacizumab exerted opposite effects; similarly, Bevacizumab partially abolished THSWD effects on VEGF and FAK (Tyr397) and Src (Tyr418) phosphorylation. CONCLUSION: THSWD enhances the capacities of BMSCs to proliferate, differentiate, and migrate, possibly through VEGF and the FAK-Src, thereby improving fracture healing.

Objective: The enigmatic nature of Endometriosis (EMS) pathogenesis necessitates investigating alterations in signaling pathway activity to enhance our comprehension of the disease's characteristics.Methods: Three published gene expression profiles (GSE11691, GSE25628, and GSE7305 datasets) were downloaded, and the "combat" algorithm was employed for batch correction, gene expression difference analysis, and pathway enrichment difference analysis. The protein-protein interaction (PPI) network was constructed to identify core genes, and the relative enrichment degree of gene sets was evaluated. The Lasso regression model identified candidate gene sets with diagnostic value, and a risk scoring diagnostic model was constructed for further validation on the GSE86534 and GSE5108 datasets. CIBERSORT was used to assess the composition of immune cells in EMS, and the correlation between EMS diagnostic value gene sets and immune cells was evaluated.Results: A total of 568 differentially expressed genes were identified between eutopic and ectopic endometrium, with 10 core genes in the PPI network associated with cell cycle regulation. Inflammation-related pathways, including cytokine-receptor signaling and chemokine signaling pathways, were significantly more active in ectopic endometrium compared to eutopic endometrium. Diagnostic gene sets for EMS, such as homologous recombination, base excision repair, DNA replication, P53 signaling pathway, adherens junction, and SNARE interactions in vesicular transport, were identified. The risk score's area under the curve (AUC) was 0.854, as indicated by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve, and the risk score's diagnostic value was validated by the validation cohort. Immune cell infiltration analysis revealed correlations between the risk score and Macrophages M2, Plasma cells, resting NK cells, activated NK cells, and regulatory T cells.Conclusion: The risk scoring diagnostic model, based on pathway activity, demonstrates high diagnostic value and offers novel insights and strategies for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of Endometriosis.

Objective: Exploring the feasibility of combining herbal fumigation and myoelectric biofeedback therapy in football players with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 football players with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke who were healed in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively opted as the research subjects, and were divided into a joint intervention cluster (JIG) according to the variations in their healing methods. cluster, n=40, receiving traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and EMG biofeedback healing) and EMG healing cluster (Electromyobiological feedback cluster, EFG cluster, n=40), the healing effect, changes in simplified FMA mark of upper limbs before and after healing, and healing effects were contrasted between the two clusters. The changes of the front and rear shoulder pain and the pain part of the High Coast Shoulder Joint Function Rating Scale were recorded, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two clusters of football players was recorded; Results: The total effective rate of football players in the JIG cluster was 97.50% (39/40), which was notably upper than 85.00% (34/40) in the EFG cluster, and the variation between the clusters was notable (P<0.05). None notable variation in the simplified FMA mark between the clusters (P>0.05). On the 7th, 14th, and 28th days of healing, the simplified FMA mark of the upper limbs of the JIG cluster was notably upper than that of the EFG cluster, and the variation was notable (P>0.05). P<0.05); before healing, None notable variation between the two clusters in the degree of shoulder pain and the pain part of the Gaoshore Shoulder Joint Function Assessment Scale (P>0.05). After 28 days of healing, the degree of shoulder pain in the JIG cluster was notably bottom In the EFG cluster, the pain mark of the Gaoan Shoulder Joint Function Assessment Scale was notably upper than that in the EFG cluster, and the variation between the two clusters was notable (P<0.05); None notable variation in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two clusters (P >0.05); Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and EMG biofeedback for football players with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke has a good effect, which can notably relieve the pain symptoms of football players, enhance their joint mobility, and at the same time, the healing is safe.

IntroductionEvidence has shown that stroke exercise rehabilitation is the most effective way to improve disease prognosis, but home exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke is low due to they are more likely to have movement disorders, cognitive disorders, mental disorders, etc. Currently, most studies on exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke are quantitative, and there is a lack of qualitative studies from the perspective of patients, caregivers, and medical staff. Considering the importance of home exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke, the present study aimed to explore the influencing factors of home exercise adherence in them and summarize the potential ways to improve it. MethodsFrom October to December 2022, 9 medical staff, 12 elderly patients with stroke and 7 caregivers from a level A tertiary hospital and community health service center in Nanjing, Jiangsu Province were selected by the purposive sampling and were interviewed in a face-to-face semi-structured way. The data were analyzed and summarized by the phenomenological analysis of Colaizzi's method. ResultsThe influencing factors of home exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke can be summarized into 3 themes and 8 subthemes. These were individual factors (physical impairment, exercise self-efficacy, and depression), family factors (caregiving ability and emotional support); and stroke rehabilitation environment (exercise prescription, monitoring and feedback, and organizational policy). ConclusionHome exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke was influenced by many factors. Medical staff should assess the patient's physical function and depression, establish a multi-support system, formulate personalized exercise prescription, pay attention to the monitoring and feedback of home-based exercise rehabilitation, and improve the home-based rehabilitation model for stroke, so as to improve the home exercise adherence in elderly patients with stroke and promote the best rehabilitation effect.

Introduction: Corni Fructus (CF) is a Chinese herbal medicine used for medicinal and dietary purposes. It is available commercially in two main forms: raw CF (unprocessed CF) and wine-processed CF. Clinical observations have indicated that wine-processed CF exhibits superior hypoglycemic activity compared to its raw counterpart. However, the mechanisms responsible for this improvement are not well understood. Methods: To address this gap in knowledge, we conducted metabolomics analysis using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole/time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-QTOF-MS) to compare the chemical composition of raw CF and wine-processed CF. Subsequently, network analysis, along with immunofluorescence assays, was employed to elucidate the potential targets and mechanisms underlying the hypoglycemic effects of metabolites in CF. Results: Our results revealed significant compositional differences between raw CF and wine-processed CF, identifying 34 potential markers for distinguishing between the two forms of CF. Notably, wine processing led to a marked decrease in iridoid glycosides and flavonoid glycosides, which are abundant in raw CF. Network analysis predictions provided clues that eight compounds might serve as hypoglycemic metabolites of CF, and glucokinase (GCK) and adenylate cyclase (ADCYs) were speculated as possible key targets responsible for the hypoglycemic effects of CF. Immunofluorescence assays confirmed that oleanolic acid and ursolic acid, two bioactive compounds present in CF, significantly upregulated the expression of GCK and ADCYs in the HepG2 cell model. Discussion: These findings support the notion that CF exerted hypoglycemic activity via multiple components and targets, shedding light on the impact of processing methods on the chemical composition and hypoglycemic activity of Chinese herbal medicine.

ObjectiveTo detect the effect and safety of massage therapy on infants with congenital muscular torticollis. MethodsA total of 56 infants with unilateral congenital muscular torticollis were enrolled in this retrospective comparative study. The subjects were divided in two groups, namely, the control group and the massage group. The control group (n = 28) received the treatment of sternocleidomastoid muscle (SCM) stretching, while the massage group (n = 28) received massage therapy combined with SCM stretching. The following parameters were compared: the cervical range of motion (ROM) and functional level (muscle function scale and ratio of muscle function scale scores). Complications, if any, were also recorded. ResultsOf the 56 infants, 7 infants (12.5%) underwent surgery with little functional improvement. The total effective rate of conservative treatment was 87.5%. No significance was found in terms of the surgery rate between both groups (14.29 vs. 10.71%, P = 0.693). After treatment, the ROM (including rotation and lateral flexion) and the ratio of muscle function scale scores improved significantly (P < 0.05). In the latest follow-up, the massage group showed a greater improvement in rotation and lateral flexion. However, no significant difference in the muscle function scale score ratio was found (P = 0.126). Importantly, no adverse events related to blood vessels, nerves, and SCM occurred. ConclusionsProviding massage therapy in infants with congenital muscular torticollis is a safe and effective method to improve the cervical range of motion and function. However, this study did not find any decrease in the surgical rate between two groups of patients despite adding such therapy.

Objective: To explore the pharmacological basis and mechanism of Buxue Yimu pills (BYP) in the treatment of anaemia in women from the perspective of metabolomics and network analysis.Materials and Methods: Forty-six women of reproductive age with haemoglobin 70-110 g/L were recruited. Blood samples were collected before and after 4 weeks of oral BYP treatment to assess the changes in haemoglobin, coagulation function, and iron metabolism indices. An integrated analysis of metabolomics (liquid chromatography mass spectrometry) and network analysis was performed to identify the potential pharmacodynamic mechanisms of BYP.Results: After BYP treatment, the haemoglobin level of patients significantly increased from 93.67 +/- 9.77 g/L to 109.28 +/- 12.62 g/L (p < 0.01), while no significant changes were found in iron metabolism and coagulation-related indicators. A total of 22 differential metabolites were identified after metabolomics analysis, which were mainly related to the inhibition of inflammation and oxidative stress. Integrating pharmacodynamics and metabolomics, a network of drug-active components-targets-metabolic pathways-metabolomics was established. Acetylcholinesterase, phospholipase A2 group IIA, and phospholipase A2 group IVA may be the most promising therapeutic targets. Conclusion: BYP can inhibit inflammation and oxidative stress as well as promote haematopoiesis, potentially improving anaemia.

Acne vulgaris is one of the most widespread skin conditions and the main reason for visiting a dermatologist. Inflammatory response and abnormal infiltrations of immune cells are the main pathogenesis of acne. The increased lipid is the prerequisite for the acne, and the perturbation of lipid composition and content is consistent with the severity of acne. Furthermore, the increased lipid production not only contributes to the occurrence and development of acne, but also sensitizes the function of immune cells. The lipid metabolic dysfunction aggravates the severity of local tissue and provides pro-inflammatory-cytokine cues, which indicates the crucial roles of lipid metabolism on immune cells. Recent advances have demonstrated the lipid metabolism reprogramming of various immune cells in acne lesion. The abnormal lipid accumulation, lipolysis, and fatty acid oxidation lead to the activation and differentiation of immune cells, which promotes the pro-inflammatory cytokines production. Thus, this review discusses the emerging role of lipid metabolism reprogramming of immune cells in the progress of acne and aims to constitute food for others' projects involved in acne research.

Paeoniflorin (PF) is a natural plant ingredient with remarkable antitumor effects. Herein, we investigated the biological effects and mechanism of PF in colorectal cancer (CRC) cell stemness. The messenger RNA (mRNA) and protein expressions were assessed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and western blot. The viability, proliferation, and migration and invasion of CRC cells were evaluated using cell counting kit-8, clone-formation, and transwell migration and invasion assays, respectively. The sphere-formation capacity was determined using the sphere-formation assay. A dual-luciferase reporter gene assay was employed to analyze the interaction between miR-3194-5p and catenin beta-interacting protein 1 (CTNNBIP1). The viability, migration, invasion, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, and stemness of CRC cells were repressed by PF. MiR-3194-5p was upregulated in CRC tissues and cells. MiR-3194-5p knockdown suppressed CRC cell stemness, while miR-3194-5p overexpression had the opposite effect. In addition, the inhibition of CRC cell stemness caused by PF was eliminated by miR-3194-5p overexpression. CTNNBIP1 functioned as the target of miR-3194-5p, whose knockdown abrogated the repression of CRC cell stemness and Wnt/β-catenin signaling activation by PF.PF regulated the miR-3194-5p/CTNNBIP1/Wnt/β-catenin axis to repress CRC cell stemness.

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common inflammatory skin disease. Matrine is the main component of the traditional Chinese medicine Sophora flavescens, and it poses good therapeutic effects on inflammatory diseases. This study aimed to explore the pharmacological effects of matrine on AD and its underlying mechanism. An AD mouse model and inflamed human epidermal keratinocyte cells (HaCaT) cells were established. Histopathological aspects were examined using hematoxylin and eosin staining, toluidine blue staining, and immunohistochemistry. The mRNA and protein expressions were assessed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction and Western blot, respectively. The secretions of cytokines and chemokines were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Flow cytometry was carried out to analyze the proportions of T-helper (Th) 1 and Th2 cells. Herein, our results displayed that matrine diminished AD symptoms and decreased heat shock protein 90 (Hsp90) expression. Matrine decreased the Th2 cytokine levels in the ear tissues and serum, and it also significantly repressed inflammatory cytokines (thymus activation regulated chemokine and interleukin-6) secretions by repressing the Hsp90/NF-κB signaling axis in inflamed HaCaT cells. Furthermore, matrine inhibited Th2 differentiation of CD4(+) T cells when co-cultured with inflamed HaCaT cells. Matrine can regulate the Th1/Th2 inflammatory response by inhibiting the Hsp90/NF-κB signaling axis to alleviate AD. Therefore, it may be a candidate for AD treatment.

ObjectiveTo explore the interhemispheric information synergy ability of the brain in major depressive disorder (MDD) patients by applying the voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) method and further explore the potential clinical diagnostic value of VMHC metric by a machine learning approach.Methods52 healthy controls and 48 first-episode MDD patients were recruited in the study. We performed neuropsychological tests and resting-state fMRI scanning on all subjects. The VMHC values of the symmetrical interhemispheric voxels in the whole brain were calculated. The VMHC alterations were compared between two groups, and the relationship between VMHC values and clinical variables was analyzed. Then, abnormal brain regions were selected as features to conduct the classification model by using the support vector machine (SVM) approach.ResultsCompared to the healthy controls, MDD patients exhibited decreased VMHC values in the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, fusiform gyrus, medial superior frontal gyrus and precentral gyrus. Furthermore, the VMHC value of the bilateral fusiform gyrus was positively correlated with the total Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD). Moreover, SVM analysis displayed that a combination of all clusters demonstrated the highest area under the curve (AUC) of 0.87 with accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity values of 86.17%, 76.74%, and 94.12%, respectively.ConclusionMDD patients had reduced functional connectivity in the bilateral middle frontal gyrus, fusiform gyrus, medial superior frontal gyrus and precentral gyrus, which may be related to depressive symptoms. The abnormality in these brain regions could represent potential imaging markers to distinguish MDD patients from healthy controls.

BACKGROUND: Psoriasis is a common inflammatory skin disease characterized by the excessive proliferation and abnormal differentiation of keratinocytes. Protein kinases could act on intracellular signaling pathways associated with cell proliferation. OBJECTIVE: Identifying more hub protein kinases affecting cellular and molecular processes in psoriasis, and exploring the dynamic effects of baicalin and NEK2 on the IL-22-induced cellular inflammation and IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mice. METHODS AND RESULTS: In this study, differentially expressed protein kinases playing a hub role in psoriasis initiation and development were identified using integrative bioinformatics analyses, and NEK2 has been chosen. NEK2 was significantly up-regulated in psoriatic samples according to online datasets and experimental analyses. In IL-22-induced cellular inflammation model in HaCaT cells, NEK2 overexpression promoted, whereas NEK2 knockdown partially abolished IL-22-induced alterations in cell viability, DNA synthesis, cytokine levels, as well as STAT3 phosphorylation and p-RB, cyclin D1, CDK4, and CDK6 protein contents. Baicalin treatment partially suppressed IL-22-induced HaCaT cell viability, DNA synthesis, and increases in cytokine levels, whereas NEK2 overexpression significantly abolished Baicalin-induced protection against cellular inflammation. In IMQ-induced psoriasis-like skin inflammation model in mice, baicalin markedly ameliorated IMQ-induced psoriasis-like symptoms and local skin inflammation, whereas NEK2 overexpression partially eliminated the therapeutic effects of baicalin. CONCLUSION: NEK2, up-regulated in psoriatic lesion skin, could aggravate IMQ-induced psoriasis-like dermatitis and attenuate the therapeutic efficiency of baicalin through promoting keratinocyte proliferation and cytokine levels. The STAT3 signaling might be involved.

A rapid, accurate, and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of 10 main components, namely puerarin, daidzin, coptisine, epiberberine, jatrorrhizine, berberine, palmatine, coumarin, daidzein, and cinnamic acid in Ge-Gen-Jiao-Tai-Wan, was developed based on ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Analysis was performed on an Agilent 1290 Infinity II series UHPLC system, equipped with a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column (100 × 2.1 mm, 1.8 <i>μ</i>m) by using (A) 0.1% acetic acid and (B) methanol as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 mL/min, and the injection volume was 1 <i>μ</i>L. Mass spectrometry was operated in multiple reaction monitoring mode using an Agilent 6460 triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with an AJS-ESI ion source. Agilent Mass Hunter Work Station Software was employed for data acquisition and processing. All calibration curves showed excellent linear regressions (<i>R</i><sup>2</sup> > 0.9992). The precision, repeatability, and stability of the ten compounds were below 4.56% in terms of relative standard deviation. The average extraction recovery ranged from 96.53% to 102.69% with a relative standard deviation of 1.14–3.78% for all samples. This study potently contributes to the quantitative evaluation of Ge-Gen-Jiao-Tai-Wan, thereby providing a scientific basis for further studies and clinical application of Ge-Gen-Jiao-Tai-Wan.

BACKGROUND: Colorectal adenoma (CRA) is the main cause of the progression of Colorectal adenocarcinoma (COAD). Therefore, it is very important to accurately reveal its developmental mechanism. METHODS: Differential expression genes (DEGs) in three microarray datasets were screened using GEO and GEO2R. R packages were used for gene ontology (GO) functional annotation and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) path enrichment analysis. Hub genes screened by STRING, Cytoscape and CytoHubba were used. R was used for DEGs of hub genes, and Gene Expression Profiling Interactive Analysis (GEPIA2) database was used for prognostic Analysis. R-packet were used to analyze tumor pathology, tumour, lymph-nodes, and metastases (TNM) staging, enrichment, immune invasion and prognosis. RESULTS: Among the 66 genes, including 36 up-regulated and 30 down-regulated genes. Survival analysis showed that COL1A1, COL5A2, COL5A1 and secreted protein acidic and rich in cysteine (SPARC) were associated with disease-free survival in patients. The four genes were related to tumor pathological stage, TNM stage and immune invasion. COL1A1 and COL5A2 were highly expressed in chromatin modification and cellular senescence. Low expression of COL5A1 and SPARC was significantly enriched in neutrophil degranulation and Wp VegfavegFR2 signaling pathways. CONCLUSIONS: Obviously, these four key genes can serve as important targets for early diagnosis, treatment, immunity and prognosis of CRA to COAD.

BACKGROUND Drain-site hernia(DSH) has an extremely low morbidity and has rarely been reported. Small bowel obstruction is a frequent concurrent condition in most cases of DSH, which commonly occurs at the ≥ 10 mm drain-site. Here we report a rare case of DSH at the lateral 5 mm port site one month postoperatively without visceral incarceration. Simultaneously, a brief review of the literature was conducted focusing on the risk factors, diagnosis, and prevention strategies for DSH.CASE SUMMARY A 76-year-old male patient was admitted to our institution with intermittent abdominal pain and a local abdominal mass which occurred one month after laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer one year ago. A computed tomography scan showed an abdominal wall hernia at the 5 mm former drain-site in the left lower quadrant, and that the content consisted of the large omentum. An elective herniorrhaphy was performed by closing the fascial defect and reinforcing the abdominal wall with a synthetic mesh simultaneously. The postoperative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged seven days after the operation without surgery-related complications at the 1-mo follow-up visit.CONCLUSION Emphasis should be placed on DSH despite the decreased use of intra-abdominal drainage. It is recommended that placement of a surgical drainage tube at the ≥ 10 mm trocar site should be avoided. Moreover, it is advisable to have a comprehensive understanding of the risk factors for DSH and complete closure of the fascial defect at the drainage site for high-risk patients.

Objective: Exploring the feasibility of combining herbal fumigation and myoelectric biofeedback therapy in injured players with post-stroke shoulder -hand syndrome. Methods: A total of 80 players with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke who were healed in our hospital from July 2019 to June 2021 were retrospectively opted as the research subjects, and were divided into a joint intervention cluster (JIG) according to the variations in their healing methods. cluster, n=40, receiving traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and EMG biofeedback healing) and EMG healing cluster (Electromyobiological feedback cluster, EFG cluster, n=40), the healing effect, changes in simplified FMA mark of upper limbs before and after healing, and healing effects were contrasted between the two clusters. The changes of the front and rear shoulder pain and the pain part of the High Coast Shoulder Joint Function Rating Scale were recorded, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two clusters of injured players was recorded; Results: The total effective rate of injured players in the JIG cluster was 97.50% (39/40), which was notably upper than 85.00% (34/40) in the EFG cluster, and the variation between the clusters was notable (P<0.05). None notable variation in the simplified FMA mark between the clusters (P>0.05). On the 7th, 14th, and 28th days of healing, the simplified FMA mark of the upper limbs of the JIG cluster was notably upper than that of the EFG cluster, and the variation was notable (P>0.05). P<0.05); before healing, None notable variation between the two clusters in the degree of shoulder pain and the pain part of the Gaoshore Shoulder Joint Function Assessment Scale (P>0.05). After 28 days of healing, the degree of shoulder pain in the JIG cluster was notably bottom In the EFG cluster, the pain mark of the Gaoan Shoulder Joint Function Assessment Scale was notably upper than that in the EFG cluster, and the variation between the two clusters was notable (P<0.05); None notable variation in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two clusters (P >0.05); Conclusion: Combination of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and EMG biofeedback for injured players with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke has a good effect, which can notably relieve the pain symptoms of injured players, enhance their joint mobility, and at the same time, the healing is safe.
