The utility model belongs to rehabilitation training equipment. The utility model relates to a training device, in particular to a pelvis movement training device. The hip binding device comprises a hip binding body and elastic swing rods arranged on the two sides of the hip binding body. The hip binding body comprises a fixed binding body and a movable binding body; one end of the fixed binding body is connected with one end of the movable binding body through a rotary hinge; a fixed locking assembly is arranged at the other end; the fixed binding body and the movable binding body are each provided with an arc-shaped notch used for clamping the hip of the human body. By arranging the hip binding belt, the elastic swing rod and the weighting block, the pelvis training device can effectively and specially carry out movement and training on the pelvis, and by arranging the rotary hinge, the pelvis training device can be folded and is convenient to carry, so that training is not limited by hospitals or sports center sites; by arranging the elastic swing rod and the weighting block, coordination of contraction and relaxation of active muscles around the pelvis and antagonists can be provided, and visual feedback of a patient can be facilitated.

OBJECTIVE: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is characterized by uncontrolled production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Vitamin D receptor (VDR) has potent anti-inflammatory activities. The aim of this study was to examine the correlation between VDR expression and inflammation and disease activity in patients with SLE. METHODS: Ninety-five SLE patients were recruited and divided into two groups, active and inactive, according to their SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI)-2 K, and 40 healthy individuals served as controls. The expression of VDR and NF-kappaB p65 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) was determined by quantitative RT-PCR and Western blotting. VDR expression was correlated with inflammatory and diseases parameters in SLE patients. VDR regulation was also studied in THP-1 and Jurkat cell lines. RESULTS: PBMC VDR expression was downregulated in SLE patients, especially in the active SLE group. VDR mRNA levels were negatively correlated with SLEDAI-2 K (r = - 0.348, P = 0.001), Systemic Lupus International Collaborating Clinics (SLICC) renal activity scores (r = - 0.346, P = 0.014), and proteinuria (r = - 0.309, P = 0.002) and positively associated with serum complement C3 levels (r = 0.316, P = 0.002). Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that PBMC VDR downregulation was an independent risk factor for SLEDAI-2 K. VDR levels were also negatively correlated with NF-kappaB p65 (r = - 0.339, P = 0.001), TNF-alpha (r = - 0.268, P = 0.009), and IL-6 (r = - 0.313, P = 0.002) levels. In monocyte and T lymphocyte cell lines, TNF-alpha suppressed VDR expression, whereas 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D blocked TNF-alpha-induced VDR downregulation. CONCLUSION: PBMC VDR expression is inversely associated with disease activity and inflammation in SLE patients, and VDR downregulation is likely driven by inflammation.

摘要:
Objective:To investigate the effect and mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) in the intervention of neurogenic bladder (NB) caused by suprasacral spinal cord injury (SCI). Methods:The total 60 female Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided into blank group, sham operation group by adopting random number table method, with 12 rats in each group. The remaining rats were made into models through operation, and 24 successful model rats were randomly divided into model group and EA group, with 12 rats in each group. Since the 19th day after modeling, EA was conducted at "Ciliao"(次髎BL 32), "Zhongji" (中极CV 3), "Sanyinjiao"(三阴交SP 6) and "Dazhui"(大椎GV 14) in EA group, remaining the needle for 20 min every time. The intervention was performed for once a day, and 7 consecutive days were needed. The rest of the three groups were only tied up for the same time. Uro- dynamics test was conducted after the intervention. The contents of PACAP-38 and PAC1R of the spinal cord of the injury site were detected by Western blot. Results:Compared with the blank group, there were no significant differences in the bladder capacity, leak point pressure, bladder compliance and PACAP-38 and PAC1R contents in spinal cord in sham operation group; compared with the sham operation group, the maximum bladder capacity and the bladder compliance in the model group were lower (both P<0.05), the leak point pressure was higher (P<0.05), the contents of PACAP-38 and PAC1R were lower (both P<0.05); compared with the model group, the maximum bladder capacity and the bladder compliance in the EA group were higher (both P<0.05), the leak point pressure was lower (P<0.05), the contents of PACAP-38 and PAC1R were higher (both P<0.05). Conclusion:EA at BL 32, CV 3, SP 6 and GV 14 can improve the bladder function of NB rats of suprasacral SCI, and its mechanism may be related to the increase expression of PACAP-38 and PAC1R protein in the injured spinal cord tissue.
