摘要:
Aim of the study: The inhibitive effect of BuYang HuanWu Decoction (BYHWD) and its major components on vascular intimal hyperplasia and the expressions of cell cycle protein and extracellular matrix protein. Materials and methods: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham-operated, control, alkaloid, glycoside, BYHWD and atorvastatin groups. Rat aorta intima in all groups were injured by insesion of domestic balloon catheter into the aortae except sham-operated rats. Drugs were administrated orally from the second day after vascular injury and continued for 14 days. The injured segments of aortae were collected on the sixteenth day after operation to observe the morphological changes of vascular structure and to examine the expressions of proteins in vascular cells associated with cell cycle including proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA), cyclinD(1) and cyclinE, and extracellular matrix(ECM) proteins including collagen I (Col-1) and fibronectin (FN), further to discover the involved biologically active substances and the potential mechanisms. Results: Alkaloid and glycosid isolated from BYHWD were more effective than BYHVVD in the inhibition of intimal hyperplasia and the expressions of PCNA, cyclinD(1), cychnE, Col-I and FN, suggesting that alkaloid and glycoside may be the main components of BYHWD responsible for the observed inhibition of excessive hyperplasia of vascular intima. Conclusions: The mechanism associated with the anti-hyperplasia activity of BYHVVD and its effective components may be related to the blockage of cell cycles of VSMC, and the inhibition of the ECM protein synthesis, even the increased degradation of ECM proteins. OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic effects of plum-blossom needle tapping combined with the modified yangxue dingfeng tang (a decoction for nourishing the blood and expelling wind) for the localized neurodermatitis. METHODS: 141 cases of the localized neurodermatitis were randomly divided into 3 groups. Forty-seven patients in the treatment group received local tapping and oral medication of the modified yangxue dingfeng tang which consisted of sheng di huang ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Rehmanniae), dang gui ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Angelicae Sinensis), chi shao ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Paeoniae Rubra), tian dong ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Asparagi), mai dong ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Ophiopogonis), jiang can ([Chinese characters: see text] Bombyx Batryticatus), mu dan pi ([Chinese characters: see text] Cortex Moutan), chuan xiong ([Chinese characters: see text] Rhizoma Chuanxiong), he shou wu ([Chinese characters: see text] Radix Polygoni Multiflori), and quan xie ([Chinese characters: see text] Scorpio). Forty-seven patients in the control group I were simply given the modified yangxue dingfeng tang; and 47 patients in the control group II were treated with oral benadryl and Vitamin C plus local external application of 10% urea ointment. The treatment course for all the 3 groups lasted 30 days. RESULTS: The short-term and long-term effects for the treatment group were much better than those of the 2 control groups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: The plum-blossom needle tapping plus the modified yangxue dingfeng tang exhibits a better and stable effect for the localized neurodermatitis.

目的:为8种人参皂苷的含量测定建立一套方法.方法:色谱柱:ODS柱(Kromasil 250mm×4.6mm,5μm),DAD检测器;流动相:A为乙腈,B为水,梯度洗脱0~35 min 19%A,35~55 min 19%~29%A,55~75 min29%A,75~100 min 29%~40%A.流速:1 ml/min,温度:室温,检测波长:203 nm.结果:用本方法对各种皂苷的测定结果:稳定性试验RSD为0.55%~2.26%,精密度试验RSD为0.85%~1.93%,重复性试验RSD为0.97%~2.72%.结论:本法稳定性好,精确度高,重复性好,可作为测定这8种皂苷的一个较好的方法.
